DoorDast is free, installs in seconds, and connects you to your first computer in under a minute — no account, no VPN, no router setup. Guests you share with don’t even need to install anything.
Your first connection, in four steps
- Install DoorDast on the Windows PC you want to reach (button above). The installer is small and finishes in seconds.
- Open the app — it shows a short share code for this computer.
- Enter the code in DoorDast on your other PC — or share your screen to any browser via the view link.
- Accept the connection on the machine being reached, and you’re in. Set an access password later for your own computers so they connect without asking.

Good to know
- Auto-updates: DoorDast keeps itself current quietly in the background — you never hunt for installers again.
- Private by default: every session is end-to-end encrypted with fresh AES-256 keys; not even DoorDast can see your screen.
- Strict networks: on locked-down office or hotel Wi-Fi, DoorDast automatically falls back to a firewall-friendly connection mode.
